HELP!!

RTR is Compatible with both PC & MAC. Also on Most web Browsers (IE, Firefox, Google & Safari). If it is not working for you, then please read below for a solution.

No Sound or Video

PC

When you first Visit RTR you may be prompted to install an extra piece of software, this is completely normal and will not harm your PC in anyway at all. A Yellow bar/prompt will appear at the top of your browser (Internet Explorer), accept and download. You should now be able to hear and see RTR. If you only have video, then make sure you have not got the player, your speakers or volume control muted.

If you were not prompted to install this extra piece of software, you may need to install a newer version of Windows Media Player.

MAC

On a MAC you will most probally need to Install the Flip4mac plugin. This will allow you to watch Windows Media Content On Your Quicktime player. (It sometimes needs a reboot of your MAC to work.)

CHATROOM PROBLEMS

If The Chatroom is not loading up when you visit the RTR page then is possible you may need to update your Adobe Flash Player.
